Track 2 is designed as an introduction to the field of polyphase metering. Included in this track for meter technicians is essential information regarding site inspections, identifying energy diversion, and applications. Participants will learn to analyze situations and interview customers when faced with high commercial billing complaints. Both lecture and hands-on lab experiences are used to expose students to all aspects of meter testing.8
