Track 1 is designed as an introduction to electric metering. Sessions include both discussion and hands-on training, with an overall emphasis on safety. Students will learn about basic electricity and operation, testing, installation, and maintenance of single-phase watt-hour meters. Participants will also learn to analyze situations and interview customers when faced with high residential billing complaints.
