On-Site Registration/Check-In
Pick up your name badge, t-shirt, school program, and additional materials at the registration desk, located on the second floor Center Concourse.
Sunday: 4:00 pm – 6:00 pm
Monday – Wednesday: 7:00 am – 4:00 pm
Meals and Breaks
Breakfasts and lunches are included in your registration and offered in the Ambassador Ballroom daily from 7:00 am – 9:00 am and Monday – Wednesday 11:30 am – 1:00 pm, respectively. Afternoon breaks are offered Monday – Wednesday in our vendor hall. Name badge is required for all meals.

Mobile App Access
Access our web-based mobile app. Select “Sign In”, use your email address used in your registration, set a passcode, and access all of your track sessions and handouts via AGENDA.
Parking at the Amway Grand Plaza Hotel
Our host venue has dedicated garage parking at 216 Pearl St NW with a 6′ 8″ vehicle height maximum. Take the garage elevator to floor F to access the Skywalk leading to the hotel. Oversized parking is available at the Fulton/Market parking lot at 17 Market Ave SW. Guests are encouraged to check in with the Amway Hotel valet parking team so a courtesy ride may be offered to you for parking in the oversized lot.
