Making the Most of Your Experience

To make the most of your education experience at the Great Lakes Electric Meter School, please keep the following points in mind:

  • Bring a pad of paper, pen, and calculator to your track sessions.
  • Network with other industry professionals at evening events and make valuable connections.
  • Meet the Steering Committee members. They are happy to answer any questions you might have about the industry or the Great Lakes Electric Meter School.
  • Visit the vendor booths to discover new products and discuss existing metering techniques.
  • Have questions? Visit the GLEMS Registration Desk to be pointed in the right direction.

The Great Lakes Electric Meter School (GLEMS) began in 1989 with a committee composed of members of electric utilities, electric utility manufacturers, and experts in the utility field.
